Birthday?

Originally posted on 03/24/2003 The first time of many times I "Disassemblancized" myself and the real world people around me. My friend Dan (Hawaiian shirt) would go on to appear in many more comics (Both Disassemblance and the side project, running w/ glue) as "The Creepy Old Guy" (old compared to the fact that the Dis crew was 15 at this time). This comic was also a little bit of ...

Experience: Genital Piercings…

Originally posted on 03/18/2003 I am fortunate in that I actually work for a job these days were they don't really care what color my hair is or how much metal I have in my face. The advantage of working in both the creative and tech fields. Though... if I ever started talking about my gential piercings... I'd surely be fired. Less due to the piercings, more the speaking of gentials ...

Slight hiatus…

Because, that is clearly what I do. :) I'm actually taking on a much deserved vacation and intend to be as far away from my computer as possible. If I am able, I will schedule some comics to go up while I'm gone. But if you don't see updates, please don't think I have disappeared into the ether... again ...

Bad advice, worse advice…

Originally posted 03/18/2003 I've always been obsessed with those little angel/devil incarnations of one's conscience. I've also always believed that the angel one is ultimately more evil than the devil side. Sure, the devil side tells you to do bad things, but at least he's up front about his desires and needs. The Crippled Critic…

Originally posted 03/14/2003 Oh Zach... Zach is one of the many characters in my comics that are based on real people in my life at the time. Disassemblance came into existence while I was associated with / working at a chem-free music club, The Well. That time, that place, became a huge influence in my young life, so it's little surprise that the people who were around me found a ...

Pearls on swine…

Originally posted 01/12/2003 Second comic ever posted online. Setting up another major conflict for which Disassemblance would be founded upon. Initially, the faceless Christian was meant to be a singular character (An unthinking, unseeing, Christian stereotype meant to be a foil to Trent). But soon the concept of the "Clone" came to be be applied to other sorts of stereotypes, any ...

Don’t mind the mess…

Well... after Disassemblance being on hiatus for, like, a billion years I decided to be an even bigger jerk and took Disassemblance.com offline so people couldn't even enjoy the already established comics. All because I had this VISION that I would bring my ultimate online source of my creative ventures, lt3.be (AKA the site you are looking at right now) into existence and ...

Spading…

Originally posted 01/10/2003 First ever Disassemblance comic published online. Establishing the over-arching conflict between the main character and whom he might call his "shadow self." Though hard to tell in these earlier comics, Evan's skin is meant to have a very subtle grey cast. One of the few ways Evan was initially visually differentiated from Ethan ...
